Project Electrical Control System and Support (Superintendent)
Requirements :
- Possess S1 majoring in Electrical / Control System Engineering.
- Possess certificate of POP and POM from Mining Dept.
- Having minimum 5 year working experience in project and/or processing plant areas.
- Having experience in Control System engineering.
- Having experience in Project Management.
- Having experience in budgeting process.
- Experience in coal handling and processing facility will be an advantage.
- Experience in Fuel Facility projects / maintenance will be an advantage.
- Experience in power generation operation, transmission and distribution will be an advantage.
- Good leadership and analytical thinking to solve problems.
- Having good communication skills, people management.
- Decisive and honest.
- Good interpersonal skills and good planning skills.
- Possess the ability to influence and to deal with all level of people in the community.
Medical Services and Health Insurance (Superintendent)
Requirements :
Requirements :
- At least S1 majoring in Medical Science, Public Health or Hospital Management.
- Minimum 7 (seven) years of health services experience and proven skills in general human resources, health and medical regulation /management in either major international or private sector for at least 6 years.
- Good knowledge on human resources practices, excellent knowledge in Health Care Management.
- Having effective interpersonal skill as well as good written and oral communication skills to liaise with both KPC personnel and external organization.
- Detailed knowledge of internal and external standards, regulation impacting benefits initiatives.
- Planning/organizing skills to set and achieve work priorities.
- Computer literate, ideally with knowledge of HR packages (Alesco), Excel and Access.
- Having analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in professional writing and verbal communication, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Senior Engineer - Projecet (Mechanical)

- Mechanical engineering background with good academic standing.
- At least 5 years of working experience in fixed plant construction. Experience in executing bulk material handling projects is an advantage.
- Understand project management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards.
- Knowledge and sufficient experience in project cost estimation.
- Knowledge in contract administration and supply chain management.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Conversant with technical and project documentation.
- Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High personal energy level, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure in project environment.
Organisational Development (Specialist)

- At least 3 years experience.

- Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Holding Customs Expertise Certificate (PPJK).

- Knowledge of material would be an advantage.
