E-MEDIA | PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia - RCTI is the oldest privately-owned free to air television station in Indonesia which is already established since 1987. RCTI is a part of integrated media conglomerate PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNC Group). RCTI is the number one television station in Indonesia with 21.5% of prime time audience share in 2013. The station is based in Jakarta and its headquarters is located at Jl Raya Pejuangan Kebon Jeruk West Jakata. According to MNC Group's 2013 annual report published earlier this year as cited by JobsCDC.com, the Station posted Rp3.21 trillion in total revenue in 2013, a 11 percent rise from Rp2.89 trillion in 2012. During 2013, RCTI accepted a number of awards and accolades to appreciate its performance, among others Panasonic Gobel Awards 2013 (12 program categories and 6 individual categories), the  Most Favorite netizen Brand 2013 Category TV Station from Markeeters Indonesia.

HR - Talent Acquisition Officer (Subject : TA)

Requirements
  • Minimum S1 majoring in Psychology from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).
  • Strong proficiency of interview skill and in using various assessment tools.
  • Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
  • Familiar with Computer.
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic and flexible.
  • Have a good analytical thinking.
Requirements

Asistant Legal Manager (Subject : ALG)
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum S1 majoring in  Law from reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate legal.
  • Deep understanding of all Indonesian law aspect.
  • Experience in dealing with government institution.
  • Good level in English is a must
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, and selft-motivated.
  • Excellent consulting, analytical, negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and under the pressure.
